January 2020: AgrAbility PA Project Highlights

Published by agrabilitypa on

AgrAbility PA staff kicked off 2020 by exhibiting at two of the state's largest agricultural events of the year in the month of January: Keystone Farm Show and 104th Pennsylvania Farm Show

Staff members answered questions, shared resources, and provided hands-on demonstrations. This time of year offers several key opportunities to connect with farmers or agricultural workers who work in or want to return to work in agriculture but whom have a disability, functional limitation, or long-term health condition.

Hands-on activities focused on griping and visibility, this included: measuring grip strength, Grip-eeze gloves, tool grip modifications, and backup cameras.
